Dental implants types

Currently there are a couple of types of dental implants available. The American Dental Association regards endosteal and subperiosteal implants.

The best determinant in deciding if dental implants are right for you is to see if your jawbone can brace the implant. Today, the most common type of implant is the endosteal root form which is comparable to a man-made tooth root.
